Meet the UAE Stanford Alumni Board

Maher is a Fintech guy, currently working for Stripe. He has worked internationally across EMEA, SE Asia and the USA for the past 15 years. He has served on the UAE Stanford Alumni Board since 2015, first as Treasurer and more recently as President. Maher graduated with distinction with a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut before completing his Master in MS&E at Stanford in 2005 where he served on the Graduate Student Council. It has been Maher's keenest desire to organize the Stanford International Alumni Weekend (SIAW) in Dubai, and he is so enthusiastic to get to do it this year, in March 2022 during the Expo!
